These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the cleaning services provided by M&C Cleaning Solutions LLC ("M&C Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our") and your use of this website. By requesting or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in the greater Orlando, Florida area. Service scope, schedule, and pricing are agreed with each customer at booking. Recurring services continue on the agreed schedule until changed or cancelled by the customer.
Appointments may be scheduled, rescheduled, or cancelled by contacting us by phone or email. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can adjust our team's route.
Payment is due as agreed at booking. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of service. Invoices and receipts may be delivered electronically.
Program description: M&C Cleaning Solutions sends appointment reminders, schedule confirmations, and service notifications by text message (SMS) to customers who have opted in.

If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right. Our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are insured for property damage caused directly by our team during service.
